Living or Not
Our plant is living, and you can tell in many different ways. First of all, all living things grow, adapt, and mature. The plants reproduce by dropping seeds into the soil, which grows new plants. Our plants came from seeds, which were produced from another plant of the same species. Also, our plant has adapted to several different environmental stimuli, including a massive change in weather (warm weather to rainy and cold), and caterpillars feeding on the leaves for food. All of these basic observations illustrate how the plants we planted our in fact alive.
