How does your garden grow?
Our plants currently growing in our garden, and at a rather quick rate. Through the cell division mitosis, the cell duplicates itself into two different copies, which contributes to the plants' overall growth. Therefore, increasing the plants biomass, which is basically the size of the organism. However, none of this could happen if the plant didn't have energy, provided by photosynthesis, which is what allows plants to duplicate its cells, and grow. Through cellular respiration, plants convert sugars to energy, which also what contributes to the plants' overall growth.
However, photosynthesis is a process that requires enzymes, such as Phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (PEPC), and ribulose 1.5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase (Rubisco). If the nucleus received more signals to produce larger amounts of these enzymes, cells would coordinate through the rough endoplasmic reticulum to make more. Then, the plant would grow faster, and grow bigger at a faster rate.
